Once your order has been received please allow 3-5 working days for processing and dispatch. 

UK orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days of dipatch.  If you have not received your order within 10 days please contact us at info@vickytuckerart.com.

International order delivery times will vary depending on destination and local postal services.

Please note that Bank Holidays, postal delays, and custom checks may occasionally extend delivery times.

SHipping 

All original artworks and prints are carefully  and securely wrapped and protected before dispatch.  Each piece is wrapped in acid-free, white tissue paper, then packaged securely with bubble wrap and a sturdy cardboard box.  Where ever possible we use recyclable materials.

Originals - Protective corners are added for extra safety.  If necessary for large artworks that are travelling overseas a wooden crate may be used to ensure maximum protection.

Prints are supplied rolled in acid-free tissue paper and shipped in a strong cardboard tube.

 

All items are sent via a tracked and insured courier service - using either Royal Mail, Parcel Force or Fedex or another trusted carrier - whichever is most suitable for the size and destination of the order.

Please note PO Boxes are not always available for tracked services.

 

Estimated postage costs are as follows:

£10 - 50 UK

£20 - 50 Europe

£30 - 90 USA / Canada / Australia

£50 - 110 Rest of the world

The final shipping cost will be confirmed once the order is complete, based on its size and destination.

International shipping  - customer is responsible for customs, VAT, and import duties.
