returns & exchange  policy

ORIGINAL ARTWORK​

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on original artwork.  However, we are happy to offer an exchange for another artwork of equal or greater value.  The shipping costs to return the artwork, and the posting out cost for the exchange piece are the responsibility of the buyer. 

 

We aim for all our original artworks to leave us in perfect condition, and as described in the product information. If, however, an item arrives faulty or damaged we will offer a full refund or replacement.  Damaged or defective artworks must be reported to us within 2 days of receipt, via email at info@vickytuckerart.com  Please include good quality photos of the issue / damage (artwork + packaging), our customer service will then assess the case and be in touch within 24 hours.

PRINTS​

We are happy to offer returns or an exchange for prints.  To arrange, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item via email at info@vickytuckerart.com.  All return and exchange postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.  We will process your return / exchange as soon we receive the returning goods.

Any prints that are returned for a refund or an exchange must be unopened, and in their original packaging.  We are unable to accept any prints for return or exchange if the have been opened.

​All prints are produced to order, they are meticulously checked to ensure premium quality and are as described in their product description.  If , however, there is a fault or they have been shipped incorrectly they can be returned for a full refund or exchange.  Please contact us within 2 days of receipt via email at info@vickytuckerart.com.   Please include with full details of the issue, together with good quality photos of the fault / damage (print + packaging) for our customer service to assess.  Any incurred postage costs in this instance will be paid by us.

COMMISSIONS

​We do not offer a refund or exchange on commissioned artworks.  The commission process is such that the need for this should never arrive.  All commission artworks leaves us in perfect condition having being approved by the buyer.  If any damage is incurred after it leaves us it must be reported within 2 days of receipt, via email at info@vickytuckerart.comPlease include good quality photos of the issue / damage (artwork + packaging).  Our customer service will then assess the case and be in touch within 24 hours.
