Blue Zeus original horse painting celebrates the strength, beauty and resilience of one of America's most iconic wild mustangs.  This striking blue roan stallion, known for his powerful presence and unmistakable colouring, became a symbol of both freedom and the fight to protect wild horses.  
 
Originally from Wyoming's Red Desert, Bleu Zeus captured the hearts of many who followed his story.  After the 2020 round-up he was rescued by Skydog Sanctuary, where he was reunited with members of his family and given the freedom and safety he deserved.  
 
This painting aims to create a deeper connection with his journey, from wild stallion of the open range to ambassador for mustang preservation. 
 
Rich tones, movement and light bring his proud spirit to life, connecting him to the landscape in which he belongs.
