Due to the nature of the products we do not offer returns. 

We are happy to offer an exchange for another artwork of the same value or more.

For an exchange, please contact within 14 days of delivery on vickytucker2@hotmail.com.

Items are expected to be returned for an exchange in the condition in which they were sent, if the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  Buyers wishing to exchange a product will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Every effort is made to ensure that all artwork is lovingly packaged to arrive in perfect condition and shipped to you as soon as possible.  

Once your order has been placed please allow 3-7 working days for your order to be dispatched.  If you still have not received your order after 10 days please contact on Contact Form.
